I’m Carol.

An Island Mama navigating postpartum overwhelm, identity loss, and the emotional challenges of early motherhood. Through the healing rhythm of island life, nature, and gentle self-care, I slowly began reconnecting with myself beyond motherhood.

Motherhood changed me. Postpartum challenged my mental and emotional well-being. Somewhere in the exhaustion, overwhelm, and constant caregiving, I lost parts of myself. I didn’t need fixing—I needed support, emotional safety, and space to care for myself too.

Now, I share honest motherhood stories, emotional support, and gentle self-care for overwhelmed first-time moms navigating identity loss, emotional burnout, and the journey of finding themselves again.
